This is the ONE. What can I say? Everyone should have one of these. Even the pure fact of massaging a balm on the heart, already brings a deep effect. Making me more aware of my heart, which is where all the treasures lie… As a yoga teacher I massage some on my heart space before every class And at times when I had heart ache, it has been a true friend. What it does is bring my awareness to my heart. And I feel supported by it somehow.

Oh and then the Heart Balm….. In these times of extreme pressure and vulnerability this little gem of an ointment is like a warm, caressing hug. I ADORE this Heart Balm!!!!
First of all, it really helps me and has helped my family too. Since I got it (I bought it during a very hard period of my life) I’ve been fond of it. I followed my intuition and put a little bit of balm on all the chakra points. Well, not only does it smell incredibly good (!) but it also has a magical rebalancing effect on me!!!
I warmly recommend this amazing little gem to all people who are struggling with self-vulnerability, sadness, or is dealing with mourning (as me).
Trust me, you can feel that inside the balm, there is something that you barely find in the bigger producers of floral remedies: the human touch, and much more care and passion. When I close my eyes and I open the little jar, well I can see Alabastras’ producers picking the marvellous wild plants that this balm holds in its formula.

This heartbalm is absolutely amazing! I’ve used it during heartaches and it brings such calmness to the senses. I actually gave some to a friend of mine who couldn’t sleep because he is going through a lot at the moment and he fell asleep after 5 minutes! I keep it with me at all times and i have also used it with some of my yoga students in the Shavasana for them to enjoy and they really enjoyed it. Love this product and can absolutely recommend it!
