Description

Balm of Gilead is an ancient and legendary healing ointment said to possess medicinal properties not found in any other oil or balsam. And we have created our own potent version of this biblical remedy draped in lore and mystery.
The comforting and tranquillising qualities of Alabastra’s ointment makes it optimal as topical aid for aching muscles and tissues, arthritic tendencies, sore feet and hands, chapped lips and skin or any other place that might need some special attention and tender loving care. A true lullaby for the skin and body tissues.
As with all Alabatstra botanics’s potions, Balm of Gilliad is concentrated and potent, so a little salve goes a long way.

    This product really is healing! (I think most of the products have that effect, however this one is special) I use it for almost everything: skin irritations, dryness, tensions etc. and it WORKS! My skin loves it and I am a little puzzled how quickly my skin heals using this one. It is a must have!

    The most amazing thing happened: During the harsh Nordic winters my eyes tended to run quite a bit. Just to try, I put some Balm of Gilead under my eyes, and lowe and behold, they quit running! In addition, the Balm also helps on small cuts and wounds – what a deal!

    Ever since I got it, it comes with me everywhere. A must-have for all little skin problems! A little wound, a little pain … I use it when my knees hurt, or on my fingers when they incidentally are bruised or a bit injured after cooking or gardening. It works fabulously!!!
    I haven’t yet tried it for skin tension, but I certainly will once the temperatures will drop below zero. Thank you Alabastra for this enchanting remedy!!!
